Ashraf Ismail is a Chartered Member of the Royal Institute of British Architects (RIBA) and fully adheres to RIBA’s recommendations in terms of practice management and the rules of professional engagement on projects; including but not limited to professional fees, scope of services, professional indemnity & liabilities, and professional conduct.   Ashraf Ismail provides complete architectural and interior design services from initial conceptual design through obtaining the relevant statutory permissions (i.e. planning and building controls) to construction supervision.   The above services are typically offered for projects located in the UK. For projects outside of the UK, the scope of services can be altered to match both needs; the client and project.   In addition to the design of new buildings, Ashraf Ismail provides services related to the technical challenges of listed buildings and the designated conservation areas.   Ashraf Ismail adopts creative and practical design solutions, to help his clients, primarily individuals as house owners, investors, and private real-estate developers in managing their risks and protect their investments.
